Chris has been with Brace Tool for 30 years starting at an early age listening to the family business discussions with his parents. Chris’s first steps were in the manufacturing division with Brace and many years later his passion around manufacturing still shows as he’s involved in many of the research and development projects that will be driving the business growth. Chris is always looking for the next opportunity and you will find him strategizing on how to move the business forward, developing new corporate partnerships, and continuing to develop a stellar management team! In his spare time, you will find Chris enjoying outdoor activities.

Darren rejoined Brace in 2021 with over 35 years of oilfield experience. The majority of Darren's experience comes from slickline and slickline equipment manufacturing. Darren’s focus will be on global business development and customer support. He enjoys spending time with friends and family as well supporting minor sports. Darren is married with 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren.

Jordan has over 12 years oilfield experience with Brace Tool with partial time residing in the UAE, along with several years running his own business. Passionate for helping new and existing customers achieve success by providing great customer service and supplying high quality innovative products. Also developing new corporate partnerships. Away from Brace Tool you can find Jordan snowmobiling with friends and family.

Clint started at Brace Tool in 1999 with previous experience in Slickline/E-line. Clint is responsible for the daily operations and sales in our Red Deer branch. Clint is also part of our operations and strategic sales team that works on key decisions on how to grow our business ensuring the highest efficiency. Clint has a unique hobby of making fishing lures. He enjoys fishing, camping, ATVing, and spending time with his family. Clint is married with two children and has one granddaughter.

Bud has been with Brace Tool for 5 years, with previous 20 plus years in slickline and braided line from being a helper to managing districts, in the oil and gas fields of the US. Bud is now the Area Manager in our Alice, TX location. With his years as a Slickline Braided Line Supervisor and Oil and Gas Consultant he is ready to assist our customers find solutions that work for them. From how to assembly our tools to how the tools function down hole. When Bud is not at work you can find him on his cattle ranch, hunting or fishing.

Benny has been with Brace Tool for 10 years with previous experience in the Gulf of Mexico working for Expro Americas. Benny is a slick liner turned Sales Manager and is passionate about helping customers find the right solution for the job. When Benny isn’t working you can find him hunting, fishing, or sport shooting.

Kyle started with Brace Tool 8 years ago in the Red Deer office. His career began in the oilfield industry as an operator on a Slickline truck and progressed up the ranks up to District Manager for Weatherford Slickline. In total Kyle has 26 years of oilfield experience. He enjoys talking to customers and ensuring they receive the proper tools for the job at hand. Kyle also enjoys building the array of different tools that Brace Tool manufactures. During Kyle’s off time, he enjoys volunteering at a local church, the outdoors, hiking in the mountains, waterskiing, snorkeling, certified open water diver, traveling domestically & internationally with his family.

Leona joined Brace Tool in early 2022 and holds a Certified Management Accountant designation. Leona brings over 20 years experience in industrial construction, financial services and not-for profit sector. In her role, Leona has overall responsibility for the controllership and financial reporting activities for Brace Tool. Leona looks forward to travelling and spending time with her dogs.

Heath has been with Brace Tool for 10 years with previous experience in the Gulf of Mexico working for Expro Americas. Heath is a slick liner turned Area Manager and is experienced in helping customers find the right solution for the job. When Heath isn’t working you can find him working on home projects or traveling.

Jay Mallari is the Quality Control Manager at Brace Tool. With a background in Mechatronic Engineering and over a decade in Quality Assurance and Management in the oil and gas industry, Jay is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards. As an Internal Process Auditor since 2012, Jay's attention to detail ensures that Brace Tool continues to deliver products of exceptional quality.

Peter Kaiser is the Inventory Control Manager with Brace Tools. He is certified in the Parts and Warehousing Technology field and has over 30 years of experience. Working closely with our Procurement and Sales teams he is helping shape our company to grow further in the future. In his spare time, you can find him spending time with friends and family or taking in car shows.
